The Nimitz Group’s Emily Green-Conrad Promoted to Health Policy Director

Washington, DC — November 3, 2025 — The Nimitz Group CEO, Justin Brown, is excited to announce the promotion of Emily Green-Conrad to Health Policy Director. In her new role, Green-Conrad leads federal advocacy strategies for health-sector clients and drives bipartisan solutions in Congress.
Since joining The Nimitz Group, Green-Conrad has advanced key healthcare policy priorities, securing major appropriations and driving initiatives that strengthen mental health programs and TBI research. She supports nationwide outreach efforts tied to VA healthcare modernization and advises on emerging issues, such as artificial intelligence in care delivery.

Green-Conrad is simultaneously earning her Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Policy at Yale University, deepening her quantitative and implementation skills to complement her portfolio.
