Harper Leigh

Harper Leigh serves as an Outreach and Engagement Specialist at The Nimitz Group, bringing a rare combination of military service, frontline diplomatic experience, and strategic communications expertise to the firm. A U.S. Army Civil Affairs Specialist and former Peace Corps Volunteer in Albania and Montenegro, Harper has spent her career building trust across complex environments—an operational skillset she first honed growing up chasing tornadoes for national broadcast. Harper has managed stakeholder relationships with government officials and civilian organizations across the U.S. and abroad. She also worked as a Production Associate for an EMMY®-nominated film producer and writer contributing to multi-million dollar projects and an edumedia initiative that has earned 18 juried awards.
