Emily Green-Conrad is a public policy and government affairs professional with extensive experience in veterans’ affairs, health policy, and federal appropriations. Throughout her career, she has successfully advocated for expanded healthcare services for veterans, increased access to telehealth, and greater investment in mental health programs. Emily has also played a key role in securing appropriations report language to prioritize domestic pharmaceutical manufacturing and expand healthcare coverage for innovative treatments.
Emily’s expertise extends to regulatory engagement and legislative strategy, where she has worked on healthcare innovation, drug pricing, and supply chain resilience. She has experience leading congressional briefings, coalition-building initiatives, and policy research efforts to drive meaningful legislative change. Her work has supported veterans, military families, and underserved communities, ensuring they have access to high-quality, affordable, and sustainable healthcare solutions.
Emily holds a MA in International Affairs from American University and a BA in Political Science from Presbyterian College. She is also currently pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) through Yale University. This academic foundation strengthens her ability to develop and advocate for data-driven policy solutions.
In their free time, Emily and her husband, Avery, enjoy traveling, boating, and parenting their two goldendoodles, Bo and Jack.
